How much do your services cost?

Do you offer Fractional HR support?

We do offer HR support but our approach is focused on creating a foundation for organizational success in the future. Where another company offering fractional HR Support might offer the creation of a standardized handbook, Verandi would focus on designing a system that aligns to your company’s culture, values, and employees. We believe that customizing and adapting HR systems for each unique company is the best way to design a meaningful workplace now and in the future.

How soon can we get started?

We'd love to get on a complimentary call to learn more about your challenges and where you are stuck. Timing will depend on your needs and our capacity. We can usually get started within a month.

Do you offer training or workshops?

Yes! Meghan spent 8 years designing and facilitating leadership development workshops for engineering and product teams so she still hosts workshops every now and then. She is an expert in adult learning design and best practices in virtual facilitation. If you’d like to get updates, join our mailing list!
