Coaching Accelerator Contract
Welcome to coaching! I’m excited to be your coach and look forward to this journey together. I have some policies, procedures and agreements I’d like to highlight to ensure our expectations are aligned for this time spent together.

1) Ethics & Confidentiality. Our coaching is completely confidential. Unless you give me express permission, I will not reveal to anyone you are my coaching client. I will not reveal the contents of our calls. I subscribe to the Code of Ethics of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) which may be found on their website www.coachfederation.org
2) Coaching is not therapy. As a coach I focus on supporting you as a fierce advocate to move you forward with your goals. Please know that coaching is not a substitute for training or therapy. If you have questions about the differences of coaching and therapy, please let me know. If, during our coaching sessions, it appears that you could use additional guidance through a licensed therapist I will suggest you consult with someone outside our coaching relationship.
3) Calls. We will coach by video conference or phone. To be discussed during the Introductory Call. To sign-up for a call, please visit https://calendly.com/verandicoach.
Coaching Accelerator participants: sessions are 1 hour, to be held every other week. Our first 2 sessions are weekly. Before the calls, give yourself a place to settle in. A place that’s quiet that you can move around if needed and a place that you will not be disturbed. Cars and coaching don’t mix ;)
4) Rescheduling & refunds. Things come up! Our promise is to give 24 hours notice if either one of us needs to reschedule. If there is an emergency we’ll work around it. In the case you need to reschedule, and I do not receive 24 hours notice, a refund will not be given for that session.
5) Coaching completion or termination. At any given time, if the coaching feels complete or if it’s just not working anymore, please let me know. We’ll have an honest, open conversation to make sure we conclude together. If, at any time, we decide to terminate this coaching relationship, please let me know ASAP so we can hold a final coaching completion call.
This agreement may change at any given time.
